Forms
Monthly Report
Purpose: Monthly reporting has
a two-fold purpose. It helps you to take an inventory of your
ministry, highlighting both its current strengths and weaknesses.
This provides insight to you to realize how to capitalize on your
ministry's strengths. It also brings awareness of weaknesses, so you
can begin to focus on improving what is lacking.
Secondly, monthly reporting assists the
leadership of DTM in understanding your ministry's victories and
challenges. This provides insight to us in how to best help you.
Due date: The monthly report
is due by the 15th of the following month. For example, the report
for July is due by August 15. Please be timely in your reporting, as
this helps us to be timely in our response to current issues listed in the
report.
