PLEASE READ: By submitting your prayer request, you give Dave Thompson Ministries (DTM) permission to distribute it to the World-Wide Prayer Network (WWPN), and possibly others, as DTM sees fit. DTM's intention is to remove certain contact information (street address or post office box, e-mail address, and phone number) before forwarding your prayer request to the WWPN or others, in order to protect your privacy. In the unlikely event that your contact information is forwarded, you agree not to hold DTM liable in any way. Note that the only required contact information that you must submit with your prayer request is your name, city, state, country, and e-mail address. All other fields are optional. This information is required for our statistical records only--we neither give nor sell your information to others. Prayer requests for the WWPN must be sumitted via the on-line form. Directly contacting one of DTM's e-mail addresses with a prayer request will not result in the request being forwarded to the WWPN. Prayer requests generally are distributed to the WWPN within a week, with many requests processed in less than four days. If your request is urgent, please call us at 239.337.7667, rather than submitting your prayer request via the Internet. Due to the Internet-related nature of the WWPN, requests given over the phone will not be distributed to the WWPN. |
